Process 1: Check If You Have The Game Backup Features Enabled
Before you delete anything from a Steam cloud save, remember to take a backup first.
Here is the process to commence to delete the saves. Follow the steps:
Step 1: Go to the Start menu and then open your Steam. Now move on to its Settings app.
Step 2: Go to the Cloud option and check that Enable Steam Cloud synchronization recommended for the apps is enabled.
Step 3: Now find and click on the Library tab. Here you will get all the downloaded games. Now right-click on your selected game and then go to its Properties.
Step 4: Next click on the Updates category for checking if Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for the game is possible.

Process 2: Delete AppID folder
For deleting the AppID folder after you have taken the backup of your Steam Cloud saves, you will have to go to the Steam directory first.

Process 4: Remove The Cloud Files Already Stored

Now remove all files from here. After you have deleted all files from this location, open the conflict window once again and choose the Upload to Steam Cloud option.

Step 3: Then open the Cloud tab and disable the Enable Steam Cloud synchronization meant for applications.
Step 4: Revert to your game. Then hit the exit button. Again repeat the process as described above to delete the AppID files.
