You receive this you are currently not connected to any networks message in case your antivirus is interfering and preventing to browse the Microsoft Store app.

It is a typical issue when you know that you are connected to the Wi-Fi, but the internet fails to work.

You may need to check the wireless adapter settings in case your system is well connected to the Wi-Fi but there is no internet access!

You also need to check the network configuration and make sure that you use the default DNS.

This is a quite common issue and let us now discuss the steps in detail. Have a look!

Solution 1: Troubleshoot To Solve The Problem

In case you are troubled with you are currently not connected to any network issue, use your in-built troubleshooter to solve the problem.

This easy trick has worked wonders for several users and to try this follow the steps accordingly:

Step 1: First of all, open your Settings and then select Update & Security window.

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions given for finishing the troubleshooting procedure.

After the process gets completed, check whether you can continue with your work without internet issues.

Solution 2: Create An Administrator Account

In case your account is corrupted, you may interact with problems with your PC.

For this reason, I advise you to switch to another account and check if that solves the problem.

You may create a new account or activate some hidden administrator account if you are not having an administrator account.

Check if your issue gets resolved after you switch to the new account. If you find your problem is solved, then move the personal files to this account and proceed.

Solution 3: Clear Microsoft Store Cache

Clearing the Microsoft Store Cache is one of the important steps to solve – you are currently not connected to any networks related problem.

The process I am describing below will clear cache and help you solve certain problems.

wsreset

Step 2: Then hit the Enter button and press OK to run the command. You will have to wait till the command runs properly.

After you have finished the step, give your PC a fresh restart.

Solution 4: Re-Authenticate Your Router

You may need to reauthenticate your router after a certain period if you are using WPA-PSK encryption.

Some users have reported that this problem with the internet may be related to your encryption type.

You may need to re-authenticate your router again if it has caused the issue. Sometimes you have the privilege to put the timer, but you cannot disable all routers.

Then you need to switch to another security type and resolve the issue.  Check that you are selecting the proper security type as every type may not provide you full security.

For changing the encryption type, first, log in to your router. Then move on to the Wireless section and try changing the security type.

You will also find a detailed description in the manual provided with the router.

Solution 5:  Check Your IP Configuration

When you run a few commands in the Command Prompt, the problem with your internet connection might get addressed.

Some users found this method to be fruitful for fixing their problem in a much easier way.

To commence this process, follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Press Win + X keys and then choose the elevated Command Prompt or PowerShell (Admin).

Step 2: After you have opened Command Prompt, run the following commands one at a time:

ipconfig /flushdns

Flushdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

netsh int ip reset

Remember to press the Enter key after you enter each command.

After you have finished the procedure check whether this has solved the internet connection issue for you.

Solution 6: Uninstall Your Antivirus

You may face Computer says not connected to internet, but I am issue if your antivirus is somehow creating a problem with the operating system. This restricts the features and apps to work properly.

The antivirus may interfere with your internet connection and generate the issue. Because of this, I recommend you to check the configuration of your antivirus and turn of the problematic feature.

But in some cases, if this still doesn’t solve your problem, you may need to disable the antivirus and choose another one.

If the issue still persists, you might have to uninstall your antivirus and switch to a different antivirus solution.

Solution 7: Remove And Reconnect Your Wireless Network
