You should attempt to solve this error step by step in order of the likeliness off what may be causing this error. Here are some simple solutions that you can try to troubleshoot Windows 10 Wi-Fi problems. Make sure to follow these solutions in the order they are provided as you may not have to apply all the solutions if a simple early one helps you.

Solution 1: Check If The Problem Is Limited To Your Device

One of the first things you should try in order to troubleshoot the no Internet access error involves checking if the error is limited have to adjust your Windows 10 device or all the devices connected to your network. This will give you a clear idea where you should look have in order to find the malfunctioning component.

If you see no Internet access errors only on your computer, have you can be assured that you need to troubleshoot your computer instead of the network. Solution 4: Update The Drivers

Since the drivers are the files responsible for your computer hardware communicating with the operating system, malfunctioning or corrupt drivers can lead to the hardware not responding to the OS commands. Once you receive the confirmation message, restart your computer.

After the reset, new IP and DNS data will be registered for your device, and you should be able to connect to the internet without any errors.

Solution 6: Disable Your Antivirus Shields And Firewall

If the solutions above did not help you, there is a chance that your antivirus and firewall maybe blocking your connectivity. This is a common error that happens mainly due to the firewall locking down the network card, leading to little or no data exchange on your network.

Solution 7: Reset The Router

Solution 8: Perform Network Reset

If resetting the router did not help you, reset the network configuration from your computer. This will reset everything back to the factory settings in Windows 10, and you can set up your device again as you like it. To reset the network, simply do the following:

In Windows Search (Win + S), type network reset.

Click on the appropriate Start menu input after the results load.
