Method 1: Tune The Audio Balance Of The Speakers

Every time you introduce a new speaker to your PC, remember to adjust the volumes of individual channels and balance it.

Check properly whether the right speaker and left speaker have unequal volume adjustments.

Make sure to balance the same first to yield your desired result. This way you will be able to adjust speaker balance in windows 10. Follow these steps to perform the task successfully:

Step 1: Navigate Display to find the speaker icon at the bottom and Right Click on it.

Step 2: Now go to Playback Devices and move forward to adjust the audio balance.

Step 3: Then click Properties and a new window will be opened

Step 4: Move on to the Levels section and Press Balance.

Step 5: Now make desired adjustments to the volume and check the balance of both the speakers

Step 6: Save changes by hitting the OK button. Check by playing a Video or audio to be sure.

Method 2: Deactivate Special Enhancements Attributed

If you still face the problem with windows 10 speaker balance, check whether you have undergone any special enhancement procedure. Sometimes, they get activated by default and you need to identify them if you notice imbalance in the speakers or headphones.

Adjustments of Bass Boost, Treble Balance Surround sound, could disrupt the balance of the speakers. Make sure to disable all these adjustments made to combat the speaker issue.

Follow the guidelines provided to do it:

Step 1: Go to the Task Bar. Navigate and Right-click on the Speaker Icon at the bottom-right corner.

Step 2: Select Playback Devices > Audio Device and the press Properties.

Step 3:  Visit the Enhancement Section and move on to the Disable all Enhancements box.

Step 4: Hit the Apply Button and make preferred changes. Check whether the sound is properly balanced.

Method 3: Edit The Windows Registry

Often, you may be unable to adjust the speaker volumes as Windows may sometimes, by default, cease the options to adjust the audio volume. A handful of Manufacturers also apply the same where you might be unable to adjust the volumes of the left and right speakers of the accessories. So, you might be thinking how to balance sound in headphones now?

Then you must try this step when you can unlock it by disbanding the volume of your headphone channel simply by making certain changes to the Windows Registry! Here are the steps provided:

Step 1: Press Windows + R keys to launch your Windows PC run function.

Step 2: Enter’ regedit’ in the dialog box and then Press Enter.

Step 3: In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Bluetooth\Audio\AVRCP\CT

Step 4: Now you need to double-click on ‘DisableAbsoluteVolume’ and go for changing its value data to 1.

Step 5:  Click OK button > Reboot your PC and check whether you can manually balance the audio.

Bottom Line

So, that’s it! By now I hope you have found the solution if hooked up with windows 10 speaker balance! If you have any other queries or suggestions, feel free to intimate us in the comments section below.
