Another factor is the email id with which you are signing in. It may get somehow corrupted and for this I suggest you to log in with a different ID instead.
Solution 1: Get Rid Of Cache & Cookies

Step 5: Now, check the box just beside Download history. You will find Clear browsing data. Click it. This way you will be able to clear some of the space.
For Mozilla Firefox
To clear the browsing data in Firefox, first of all, go to the start Menu and then to choose Library option.
Now when you click on the Library option, amongst all other options you will find the History button.
Press the History button and this will reveal the clear Recent History option. Choose the option and clear current browsing data from Firefox.
Microsoft Edge:
For Edge, click on the start menu and then move on to the History option. Now, when you will click on the History option, you will find Clear browsing data option.
Here you will have to check the four options you get first. After this check whether you are still having the requested URL was rejected option.
Solution 3: Add the Website to the Trusted Site
In case you are getting the requested URL was rejected. please consult with your administrator message, while visiting a particular website, check if the website is somehow malicious.
If you find that it is not so, then go to the Control Panel and then move on to Internet Options and add that specific site to some trusted site for security check.
Follow the steps mentioned below for executing the process:
Step 1: From the start menu search for Internet Explorer and visit it. There you will find a cog icon and when you click on it, a Menu will get displayed in front of you.
Step 2: Now choose the Internet Options to get the connection settings list.

Step 5: Now move on to select the Security tab option and from there move on to the Trusted Sites option. Now enter the link to the website that is creating problem and then click to add it.
Step 6: Now after adding the site, go to the websites section for disabling the Require server verification option.
After this exit the window and once again open the browser and check if the error still persists.
Solution 4: Delete The Problematic Site From The Managed Sites
This is another method I can suggest you to remove the problematic site from the Managed Websites.
In case you have added that specific problem creating site to the managed website, here I suggest you to delete it from there temporarily. Follow the given steps carefully to do so:
Go to the start Menu and type Internet explorer there. Now move on to menu bar and click on the Internet Options.
You can also open the Internet Explorer from the Control panel like I have described before.
When you get the Internet options, select the Privacy category, and then choose Sites.
Now try checking the Managed Websites option. Now click left and choose to Remove the same. Click OK to save the changes. Now check where this has done any improvement.
Solution 5: Sign In With A Different Email ID
This solution may sound bit simple to use a separate email ID apart from the one you usually do and then log in.
Sometimes the email id may get corrupted or may be your system is somehow unable to relate to it.
So, it is advisable that wherever you are receiving the requested URL was rejected in chrome error message, try to log in with some different email address and this may instantly solve your problem.
