Helo my one is Microsoft surface 3pro it doesn’t touch the left side of the display
I have the same problem!
So the issue that I have is that the screen just becomes unresponsive, if I hit the power button to turn the screen off it will start working again. However, there are times that it becomes jaggy or glicthy. Even at time the keyboard will become unresponsive, again having to press the power button to get it working again. At times I can keep pressing the MS Key and it will start up again. Thoughts??
Check this article to troubleshoot malfunctioning keyboard. If it fails, then run the SFC and DISM scans to scan for and repair broken system files.
I tried all five options and still the touch screen is not working.
I noticed a week ago that it doesn’t respond to touch but it does when I use the pen. However, after the recent update (dtd 03Apr2020, which I uninstalled already), it totally doesn’t respond to touch and pen.
Try running the SFC and DISM scans to repair broken system files, as it appears core Windows files are corrupt on your PC. Check if the scans repair the touch.
If that fails, reset your Surface back to the factory defaults.
The left side of my surface book 2 screen is almost completely unresponsive to touch. I tried recalibrating it by the little cross to click is so far in the corner I can’t even touch it there. II updated my computer and apparently my driver doesn’t need updating. Any help?
