I had this same issue on a Samsung 7 (65) a while back and found a reference on the web how to fully remove the app via multiple buttons on the remote control, but for the life of me I can no longer find that reference URL. On my TV you can tell the app isnt fully removed because when I go to install (not reinstall) the app it goes from 0% to 100% in a second…so I know its not fully being removed during the uninstall process.

That web reference I cannot find had the exact steps necessary to remove it but dang it if I cannot find that reference again….I hope this helps in your journey

So this happened to me a while back….and I had found a reference on the web how to fully remove the application via a combination of buttons on the remote control. but for the life of me I cannot find that reference again…must not have made note of it or bookmarked it

Using the Samsung smarthub App to remove the Paramount+ it appears to remove just fine. (at least the icon disappears but when I go to install it again…the download goes from 0% to 100% in a second…which tells me the app must just be corrupted. That remote reference that I cannot find showed the sequence of buttons on the remote that had to be pushed to fully remove the app. Then i was able to install it…watched the progress from 0 to 100% in normal download fashion and the app worked just fine…for about another 6 months or so….
