1. Change The DNS Settings

You mostly encounter PS5 Error Code NW-102315-2 when there are issues connecting to the PlayStation Network.

When you get such an error, change the DNS settings and see if that helps.

  • For that, open PS5 Settings then select Network then select Settings under Network.
  • Now, select Set Up Internet Connection. Choose your Wi-Fi network. Then go to Options and select Advanced Settings.

3. Check that Firewall is Not Blocking The PSN Connection

UDP: 3478, 3479, 49152 to 65535.

4. Set Up Internet Connection

Open PS5 Settings then select Network then select Settings under Network.

  • Now, select the Set Up Internet Connection.

  • password again to reconnect. Follow as shown.

5. Use a Wired Connection

The next thing you can do is try a wired connection.

  • Wired connections can provide a more stable and reliable connection compared to Wi-Fi. Once done, check if this works, otherwise, go to the next method.

To improve wireless communication on your PlayStation5, place the console closer to the router or access point to ensure a stronger signal.
