If you get a Global Distribution error on Honkai Star Rail, follow these methods to fix the error & get back to the game again.

1) Switch To A Different Internet

You need a stable internet connection to play Honkai: Star Rail.

Internet issues can be the reason for the global distribution error.

So, you can change to a different internet & see if this can fix the issue.

If you using a Wi-Fi connection, then switch to another Wi-Fi or mobile internet. If this does not resolve the issue, turn off the VPNs.

2) Disable VPNs

If you are using any VPN, then make sure to disable it while running this game.

VPNs can be the reason for the connectivity issue. So, turning it off can fix the issue. To turn off VPN follow these steps:

Type VPN in the Windows search bar and select the first option.
Turn off the toggles under VPN connections.

After disabling VPNs, launch the age and see if the issue is fixed. If not, clear the game cache.

3) Clear The Game App Cache

If the game app cache becomes corrupted, then this can also lead to a connection error.

To clear the game app cache, follow these steps:

For PC:

Launch the Run utility by pressing Windows + R keys.

Copy & paste %localappdata% in the Run command box. Hit the Enter key.

Find and select the HoYoverse folder.

Click on Delete.
Now open the game launcher and click on the Hamburger menu beside Play.

Click on Clear downloaded resources. To finish the process, click on Confirm.

Once done, open Honkai Star Rail. Check if the issue is fixed.

For Android:

Press and hold the Honkai Star Rail app and tap on App info.
Next, select Storage > Clear Data.

Tap on Clear Cache.

Now launch the game & see if the error is fixed. If not, then open your phone Settings and tap the Clear all data option.

Pull down the phone’s notification bar & enable Airplane mode.
Wait for a minute and disable the Airplane mode. His will reset the network.

Once the network is reset, relaunch the game and see if the error is fixed.

5) Reinstall Honkai: Star Rail
