If a popular bundle is in demand and many people are trying to buy it or the VP instantly then this problem arises.

In this case, the servers could not able to handle the rising demand which in turn will result in the store crashing.

The servers fail to handle the volume of traffic in this kind of scenario.

Also, there might be some server-related problems, and until and unless the problem gets fixed, the store will not function properly.

How To Fix Valorant Store Not Loading Issue?

If you are currently getting an error while opening the Valorant store then here is how to fix it.

Follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned below and try each of them until you are able to fix the error.

1) Restart Your Device

The first thing you can do when the Valorant store is not loading is restart your device.

Sometimes this simple trick can fix minor bugs and issues.

Simply restart your PC and then relaunch Valorant. Check if this can fix the issue.

2) Run The Game AsAn Administrator

If Valorant doesn’t have administrative rights, then it can be problematic.

Run Valorant as administrator to fix this issue.

This is how you can do it:

First, right-click on the Valorant desktop icon and then choose Properties.

In the next window, click on the Compatibility tab and check the box next to “Run this program as an administrator”.

In order to save the changes, click on Apply followed by Ok.
Finally, launch the game by double-clicking on the Valorant shortcut.

If the loading screen issue persists then log in and log out again.

3) Log Out And Then Log In

The next thing you can do is sign out of your Valorant account and then sign in back.

Open your Valorant client and click on your profile icon. Choose to Sign out. Then Sign in back with your account credentials. Check if this could fix the issue. If not, then change the DNS.

4) Change DNS

DNS is an essential part of your internet connection.

Changing or upgrading it will help you to surf better, faster, and also more securely. So if your Valorant store isn’t loading, then changing DNS might help.

Here is how you can do it:

First, type Control Panel in the Windows search box and choose the first option.

Next, set the View by option to small or large icons.

Then, choose Network and Sharing Center.

Now, select your internet connection and open its Properties.

Search for Internet Protocol Version 4, right-click on it, and open its Properties.

Set the Preferred DNS Server Address to 8.8.8.8 and the Alternate DNS Server address to 8.8.4.4. Click on OK and save the changes.

You can also switch to the Cloudflare DNS server. For that, set the Preferred DNS Server Address to 1.1.1.1 and the Alternate DNS Server address to 1.0.0.1.
