- Log in with proper credentials and then activate the code. This should resolve the problem.
9) Clear Web Browser Cache
If you are watching Disney Plus on a web browser, then clear browser cache.
Here I am showing the steps with Chrome browser:
- Open Google Chrome and click on the three dots from the top right corner.
- Click on More Tools. Next select Clear Browsing data option.
- Check all the boxes from the next prompt and click on the Clear data button.
