2. Use The Amazon Website

You can also manage the skills by using the Amazon website, and here’s what you need to do:

  • Sign into your Amazon account.
  • Go to the Alexa Skills page.
  • Look through the Featured Categories.
  • Choose a category and then select a skill.
  • You can also search for a skill.
  • Click on the skill you want to add.
  • Click the Enable button.

3. Use Voice Commands

Activating skills by using voice commands is another excellent way, and this is how it can be done:

  • Say, “Alexa, enable…”
  • State the name of the skill you want to add.
  • You can also ask Alexa to recommend skills.
  • To turn a skill on or off, you can say Enable with skill name or Disable skill name.
  • Some skills may require you to link your account or provide additional information.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
  • Then you should get to see the Enable button.
  • Once the skill is enabled, you can start using it with your Echo Show by simply asking Alexa to perform the desired tasks.
